Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern any purchase, sale, or enquiry made through Ashraf Bestage ("we", "us", "the company"), a proprietorship registered under Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-RJ-17-0042701, based in Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

1. Nature of Business

We facilitate the wholesale and retail trade of new and used motor vehicles, including passenger vehicles, ambulances, minibuses, jeeps, trucks, trailers and semi-trailers.

2. Vehicle Inspection

All vehicles are made available for physical inspection before purchase. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle, verify documents, and take a test drive (where applicable) prior to finalising any deal.

3. Pricing

Prices quoted verbally, over the phone, or on this website are indicative and subject to change until confirmed in writing at the time of sale. Final pricing depends on the vehicle's condition, documentation, and negotiated terms.

4. Documentation

Buyers are responsible for ensuring all statutory paperwork — including RC transfer, insurance, and applicable road tax — is completed as per RTO/Government of Rajasthan regulations. We assist with this process but the ultimate compliance responsibility rests with the registered owner.

5. Booking & Advance Payments

Any advance or token amount paid to reserve a vehicle is treated as a booking commitment and is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ashraf Bestage acts as a trading intermediary and dealer. Post-sale mechanical issues arising from normal wear and tear on used vehicles are not covered unless a separate written warranty has been issued.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Ashraf Bestage respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

When you fill in our enquiry form or contact us by phone or email, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and details of the vehicle you are interested in.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss available vehicles, and follow up on any transaction you initiate with us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Enquiry Form

Our website enquiry form opens your device's email application with your details pre-filled; the information is sent directly to our business email and is not stored on any external server by this website.

4. Data Sharing

We may share necessary details with financiers, insurers, or RTO agents strictly for the purpose of completing a transaction you have authorised, and only with your knowledge.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to keep any information you share with us secure and confidential.

6. Your Rights

You may request that we delete or stop using your contact details at any time by writing to us at guddikhan0101986@gmail.com.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a dealer of physical, individually-inspected vehicles, our refund and cancellation terms differ from standard online retail.

1. Booking Amount

A booking/token amount paid to reserve a specific vehicle is fully refundable if we are unable to deliver the vehicle as described, or if a material defect is found at the time of final inspection that was not previously disclosed.

2. Buyer-Initiated Cancellation

If a buyer cancels a booking after inspecting and approving the vehicle, the token amount may be partially or fully non-refundable, depending on costs already incurred (documentation, transport, etc.), which will be communicated in writing before booking.

3. Full Vehicle Purchases

Once a sale is completed, ownership documents are signed, and full payment is made, the transaction is considered final. Returns are only considered in cases of proven misrepresentation.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment or bank account provided by the buyer.
